  • Do you place contractors or temporary workers?

    No. Our firm specializes in recruiting for direct-hire opportunities. Our service model aims to supplement your own internal recruiting and hiring operations as though you had additional, highly specialized recruiters on staff.

  • Why do you charge weekly minimums?

    Our weekly minimums help us to align our interests with the interests of our clients. Minimums encourage us to work quickly and effectively. Minimums also encourage our clients to fully consider their needs and their readiness to hire. Our goal is not to be a standby, on-call recruiter. Our goal is to bring focused energy to specific recruiting projects.

  • How long are your engagements?

    There is no minimum engagement length. One of the main values of our service is the flexibility to change service levels and to engage our firm on a relatively short-term basis. Our contracts merely require one-week’s notice before changing service levels or ending an engagement.

  • Do you offer contingent searches?

    Yes and No. Contingent searches are a service that we offer to returning customers (at very affordable rates). Many companies engage agencies for contingent searches without a clear plan to hire which can make offering this service to new clients an unproductive use of our time.

    For clients with whom we have partnered successfully, we offer contingent searches as an alternate fee arrangement at rates we are confident will beat all our competitors.

    Our agency will send you an itemized bill every month detailing the hours spent on each project.
